We believe in being upfront and honest about what we offer.

 

Every personal trainer has their own style. While some focus more on bodybuilding aesthetics, our approach is rooted in strength and conditioning principles. We prioritise improving performance first — because when performance improves, quality of life follows.

 

We keep our PT sessions challenging, structured and enjoyable, just as we do in our Tae Kwon Do classes.

 

We’re also committed to developing ourselves. Our lead instructor is a current international competitor, a Level 3 Personal Trainer, holds a HNC in Sports, Fitness and Coaching, and has a Level 4 qualification in Strength and Conditioning Principles. You can be confident that your training will be based on modern, up-to-date methods.

 

We only work with dedicated individuals. Without structure and progression, we’re wasting your time and money. For that reason, we only offer two packages:

 

£130 per month, which includes:

 

  • One PT session per week

  • A structured, progressive training programme tailored to you and your goals

  • Watsapp support 

 

and £60 per month:

  • Personalised programming 

  • Watsapp  support ​

  • For TKD members this also includes coaching on 1 technical video per week

​​

Additional PT sessions can be added for £20 per session.

 

When attending private sessions, please arrive on time and ready to train. As sessions are often booked back-to-back, we ask that you do not arrive too early. There is a five-minute buffer between sessions to allow for changeovers.
