We offer personal training completely separate from our Tae Kwon Do club, in a fully equipped private studio. It’s ideal for anyone who may not feel comfortable training in a public gym.
Every session is tailored to you, your needs and your goals.

We work with dedicated individuals who are serious about making a change. Without structure and progression, we believe we’d be wasting your time and money. For that reason, we offer two simple packages:

A structured, individualised and progressive training programme

£40 per month
Includes:
Personalised programming
WhatsApp support
Additional PT sessions can be added for £20 per session.
When attending private sessions, please arrive on time and ready to train. As sessions are often booked back-to-back, please do not arrive too early. There is a five-minute buffer between sessions to allow for changeovers.
